Internship USA - Costs and Inclusions

A guide to the Fees for the Internship USA J1 Visa Programme

The fees are based on the time you plan on being in the USA — not just the time at your US Host Company.

This is because we need to make sure you’re covered by insurance for the whole time you’re in the country!

Insurance Dates: Insurable dates can be max 30 days before the start & after the end date of placement.

Once you’ve signed your online training plan, you’ll need to give us these dates - these are known as your PROGRAM DATES.

Only once we have these can we issue the payment request and move forward with the process for you!

An example:

If you are on a 12 month internship but plan on arriving a week before this starts - and staying a week after it finishes, this will be a 13 month programme!
